The domain experience at Clovis includes building packet and cell switched products such as Routers, Ethernet, ATM & Storage switches, Wireless and Security gateways. We also have designed and developed Telecommunications systems such as TDM Gateways, including Voice, Video and Data Carriers. Not only has this experience been instrumental in architecting and developing the base product at Clovis, but also is being put to use helping our customers quickly deploy products with SISP.

Clovis was founded to build the System Infrastructure Software Platform (SISP) that provides an efficient and economical solution. It allows systems vendors to allocate more resources to their core competencies. The components of SISP - Blade Director, System Director, and Management Director - are used by vendors to accelerate the design and development of a wide range of systems from simple incremental line cards (also called blades) to complex clusters as well as to drastically reduce the ongoing maintenance cost. The solution provides unique abstraction layers that make SISP both hardware and Operating System independent.
