Clovis was founded to build the System Infrastructure Software Platform (SISP) that provides an efficient and economical solution. It allows systems vendors to allocate more resources to their core competencies. The components of SISP - Blade Director, System Director, and Management Director - are used by vendors to accelerate the design and development of a wide range of systems from simple incremental line cards (also called blades) to complex clusters as well as to drastically reduce the ongoing maintenance cost. The solution provides unique abstraction layers that make SISP both hardware and Operating System independent.
