How do I send information to you regarding changes?

All information can be sent from our upload page or via email, fax or air mail

What format shall I send images?

Graphics are best sent as .jpg, or .gif. We can accept most formats but these need to be agreed with us first.

Does my maintenance agreement include creation of navigation graphics?

Yes- buttons or cloned graphics can be created.

What if my site needs re-designing?

This is something that Matrixx Productions would be very happy to do, but it does not fall within the scope of the maintenance agreement.
